Job summary

J Rose Enterprises is hiring Midwest regional company drivers to join a late-model fleet governed at 70 MPH. Our tractors include 2020–2025 Peterbilts, Internationals and Freightliner Cascadias with 53-foot dry vans. You will earn a top-tier weekly pay with a $2,500 solo sign-on bonus and additional bonuses.

Home time weekly: out 5 nights, home 2 nights, 34-hour reset. Expect 99% no-touch dry van freight, strong safety standards, and competitive pay including stop pay, layover pay, and a driver

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable OTR/regional/local tractor-trailer experience within last 5 years.

Our Fleet & Specs

• Tractors:2020–2025 Peterbilts (567), 2023–2024 Internationals, and 2021 Freightliner Cascadias.
• Transmission:Automatic or manual options available.
• Speed:Governed at a comfortable 70 MPH.
• Trailers:53-foot dry vans (2017 or newer).

The Payoff

• $0.70 CPM flat rate (loaded and empty).
• Average Weekly Pay:$1300-1500
• $2,500 Solo Sign-On Bonus.
• Extra pay including $50 stop pay, $100 layover, and $2,000 driver referral bonuses.
• Weekly home time (out 5 nights / home 2 nights with 34-hr reset).
