Driver Setup

Drivers operate late‑model Kenworth T680 tractors, four years old or newer, with equipment designed for comfort and convenience.

• Automatic transmissions
• APUs, inverters, and voice navigation
• In‑cab fifth-wheel release

Equipment is assigned based on availability.

The Route

A combination of dry van and refrigerated loads moves through established customer lanes across the operating network.

Drivers generally average 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week with no-touch freight. Steady customer demand helps maintain reliable dispatches and dependable mileage throughout the week.

Pay & Time Off

CDL‑A truck drivers earn $1,450 to $1,675 per week based on experience and productivity. Guaranteed minimum pay begins after 30 days.
