Job summary

Mohawk Industries is seeking Local Delivery Drivers to transport our flooring products to retail centers, warehouses, and job sites. The role requires a valid Class A CDL, a minimum of 6 months driving experience, and strong customer-service skills.

Expect two-day Fresno routes weekly, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 5:00am to 5:00pm. Base pay ranges from $1,500 to $1,600 per week with the potential for bonuses and additional compensation.

Qualifications

• Be at least 23 years old.
• Possess a Class A CDL.
• Have a minimum of 6 months commercial driving experience.
• Good interpersonal communication and customer-service skills.
• Able to maneuver heavy products using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Transport Mohawk products to flooring retail centers, warehouses, distribution centers and job sites.
• Deliver on schedule with a focus on safety and customer service.

Route Running

• Will be expected to do a two day route to Fresno twice a week.
• Monday-Friday (5:00am-5:00pm)
• $1500- $1600 Weekly Average

Pay Range: 1500.00-1600.00 per_week, General Benefits: *Expected base pay rate for the role will be average pay $1,500.00 - $1,600.00 per week at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short- & long-term incentive packages, and other company sponsored benefit programs.

• Be at least 23 years old
