Job summary

American Driver LLC in Northeast Arkansas offers CDL training with an initial $850 per week. After solo dispatch, you’ll receive a $1,000 weekly guarantee for 3 months.

Following training, typical weekly pay ranges from $1,300 to $1,500, plus $25 stop pay and 1,800–2,000 miles per week. Equipped with late-model Freightliners, automatics and 10 speeds; pets and riders are allowed after training.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A required or in training.
• OTR experience preferred or willingness to train for solo routes.
• No major violations in recent years.

Responsibilities

• Operate reefer tractor-trailer on assigned lanes.
• Meet weekly mileage targets and on-time delivery.
• Follow safety and company policies during trips.
