Job summary

Bell & Evans is seeking a CDL Class A Reefer Driver to safely transport refrigerated product to distribution centers, warehouses, and customer locations across regional routes with regular home time. Starting salary at $85,000+ per year with the opportunity to earn more.

You will drive modern equipment on Georgia or Massachusetts routes, uphold a safety-first culture, and join a team committed to reliability and quality.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience.
• Safe driving record and DOT compliance.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as operational needs require.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailers safely and comply with all DOT regulations.
• Delivering refrigerated freight to designated locations.
• Completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintaining accurate ELD records.
• Monitoring reefer operation and fuel levels throughout each trip.
• Maintaining a strong safety record and representing Bell & Evans professionally at all customer locations.
• Communicating effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and customers.
• Assisting with transportation operations as needed to support the team.
