Bell & Evans is hiring a CDL Class A Reefer Driver for a full-time role based in Fredericksburg, PA. You will safely transport refrigerated product to distribution centers, warehouses, and customer locations across the region, with home daily schedules and modern, well-maintained equipment.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience.
• Safe driving record and commitment to DOT compliance.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as operational needs require.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operating tractor-trailers safely and professionally while complying with all DOT regulations.
• Delivering refrigerated freight to designated locations.
• Completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintaining accurate ELD records.
• Monitoring reefer operation and fuel levels throughout each trip.
• Maintaining a strong safety record and representing Bell & Evans professionally at all customer locations.
• Communicating effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and customers.
• Assisting with transportation operations as needed to support the team.
