Swift Transportation is hiring drivers in Indianapolis, IN for a hybrid OTR/dedicated CDL-A driving job based out of Harrisonville, MO. This lane runs dedicated for a big box customer and will also run OTR.

Earn $1,200 average weekly pay plus trip pay based on dispatched miles ($0.49–$0.60 cpm), plus monthly performance bonus, holidays, and a strong benefits package including medical/dental/vision, 401k with match, stock purchase plan, education benefits, wellness, and vacation pay after one

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Class A license.
• Not currently disqualified from driving a commercial motor vehicle under federal, state, or local regulations.
• No more than 1 on-road or DOT preventable loss in the last 2 years.
• No more than 3 preventable accidents in the last 2 years.
• No serious traffic violations in the past year.
