Job summary

18 Wheels USA is seeking a CDL-A Recent Graduate for a paid regional training program. You’ll earn $850 per week during mentor training and, after completion, can expect solo earnings of $1,600-$1,800+ per week on the Eastern Regional fleet.

Open to recent graduates with at least 120 hours of CDL school, you will train one-on-one with a mentor, drive dry van freight, and receive company paid tolls, a fuel program, and 24/7 dispatch support.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL.
• Graduation from an accredited CDL school.
• Minimum 120 training hours.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Able to meet DOT/FMCSA requirements.
• Professional attitude and commitment to safe driving.

Responsibilities

• Haul non‑touch dry van freight on the Eastern Regional fleet.
• Complete mentor training with one‑on‑one guidance.
• Move to solo status after successful training and operate an assigned truck.
• Adhere to safety policies and company procedures.
