18 Wheels USA is seeking a CDL-A Recent Graduate for a Paid Regional Training program. You’ll start with mentor-guided training and earn $850 per week during the training period, then move to solo driving with expected weekly earnings of $1,600–$1,800+.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL and graduation from an accredited CDL school, with paid orientation and potential bonuses. Training includes one-on-one mentorship and regional dry-van freight across the Eastern region.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Graduation from an accredited CDL school.
• Minimum of 120 training hours.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Professional attitude and commitment to safe driving.

Responsibilities

• Haul no-touch dry van freight across the Eastern Regional fleet.
• Complete training with a one-on-one mentor.
• Receive an assigned truck after successfully finishing the program.
• Utilize company-paid tolls and access to the fuel program.
