Job summary

NIS Express in Alexandria, LA is hiring motivated individuals to turn your CDL into a full-time career. Training is 3 to 5 weeks with a dedicated trainer and is fully paid.

Regional routes east of I-35, 70% drop and hook, and weekly pay from $1,200 to $1,500 via direct deposit. From day one you’ll train with a personal trainer who rides with you and evaluates you before you go solo, earning a paycheck the entire time.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• 120+ hours completed at an accredited CDL school.
• Clean driving record.
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class A tractor-trailer in full compliance with DOT regulations.
• Freight is dry van, no-touch, approximately 70% drop and hook.
• Maintain on-time delivery performance.
• Complete accurate ELD logs, DVIRs, and trip documentation daily.
• Inspect your vehicle before and after every run.
• Keep communication with dispatch and customers professional at all times.
