• Responsibilities include developing goals, policies, and standards; supervising staff; coordinating activities; and maintaining quality and compliance.
• Ensures effective communication among staff, physicians, and other teams; manages personnel recruitment, training, scheduling, and records.
• Participates in budget planning, management, and departmental policies; applies clinical expertise, serving as a role model and direct caregiver when needed.
• Performs clinical procedures, assists in emergencies, trains staff, and supports equipment testing.
• Requires a nursing degree, current license, with preferred BS / MS and 2+ years management experience.
