Compensation and Benefits:

1. Tolls paid 100%

3. Top 25% of contractors gross $8,000 to $10,000+ per week
4. $2.03 CPM based on 2025 averages, variable with fuel surcharge
5. All miles paid
6. $4,000 sign-on bonus to the truck
7. Lower lease expenses compared to industry average
8. Consistent and increasing freight miles
9. Top earners typically stay out 4 weeks with 3-4 days home, accepting 99% of loads
