- Pay rate of 1.68 CPM based on 2025 averages, fluctuates with fuel surcharge

- Lower lease expenses compared to industry average
- Stable and increasing freight availability
- Top earners typically stay out 3-4 weeks with 3-4 days at home, accepting 99% of offered loads
