CDL-A Owner Operators Flatbed Truck Driver Requirements :

• Must be 22 years of age
• Must have valid CDL-A with a minimum 1-year OTR flatbed experience
• If you are leasing on your truck, your tractor must be 10 years old or newer
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents combined in the past three years
• No DUI, drug convictions or drug-related charges in past 10 years
• No failed DOT drug or alcohol screens
