CRST Specialized Solutions is seeking independent contractor teams (Owner Operators) to haul specialty freight across the country. As a Specialized contractor, you can choose your home time, loads, and schedule. Run your truck and enjoy the profits of your hard work. The Specialized fleet maintains under 30% turnover and offers best-in-class support staff.

Job Details:

• Team Owner Operator Positions

Compensation & Benefits:

• 100% paid tolls
• $0.18 per gallon fuel discount
• Top 25% earners gross $8,000 to $10,000+ per week per truck
• $2.03 CPM based on 2025 averages, with fluctuations as fuel surcharge changes
• All miles paid
• $4,000 sign-on bonus per truck
• Low lease expenses compared to industry average
• Stable and increasing freight miles

*Top 25% earners typically stay out 4 weeks with 3-4 days at home and accept 99% of offered loads.
