Seeking Qualified Owner Operators at J. Boren & Sons Trucking

Compensation and Benefits

• Team Owner Operators: $1.45 CPM + FSC
• Solo Owner Operators: $1.38 CPM + FSC
• Average 2,500 miles/week for solo drivers; 5,500 miles/week for teams
• $300 reimbursement for orientation
• Offering $1 per mile up to 500 miles to bring truck to class (no trailer needed)
• Sign-On Bonus: $12,000-$60,000
• 100% no-touch freight

Driver Requirements

• At least 23 years old with a valid CDL A
• 2 years of experience
• Owns their own truck (Lease purchase available)
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• No more than 3 non-DOT preventable accidents
• No more than 3 minor moving violations in the last 36 months
• No failed drug or alcohol tests
