J. Boren & Sons is seeking qualified Owner Operators for full-time truck driving positions. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and a supportive company culture.

Pay

• Solo Owner Operators: $1.38 CPM + FSC, with an average of 2,500 miles per week
• Team Owner Operators: $1.45 CPM + FSC, with an average of 5,500 miles per week
• Empty Miles: $.80 CPM + FSC
• $300 reimbursement for orientation
• Offering $1 per mile up to 500 miles to bring truck to class (no trailer needed)
• Sign-On Bonus: $12,000-$60,000

Requirements

• Must be at least 23 years old with a valid CDL A
• Have 2 years of driving experience
• Own your own truck (Lease purchase available)
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• No more than 3 non-dot preventable accidents
• No more than 3 minor moving violations in the last 36 months
• No failed drug or alcohol tests
