CRST Specialized Solutions is seeking independent contractor teams (Owner Operators) to haul specialty freight nationwide. You set your home time, loads, and schedule, running your truck for profits with strong support and low turnover.

Top 25% of contractors gross $8,000 to $10,000 per week or more to the truck, with 2.29 CPM based on 2025 averages. All miles paid; health insurance optional through True Choices Personal Insurance.

Qualifications

• CDL A license required.
• 6 months OTR or regional experience required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Arrest/conviction records evaluated under applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Haul specialty freight nationwide as an Owner Operator.
• Drive across the lower 48 states.
• Assist with loading and unloading freight as needed.

The Specialized fleet has under 30% turnover and best-in-class support staff.

Job Details:

• Team Owner Operator Positions
• Home time is up to you

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fuel discount $0.18 per gallon
