CRST Specialized Solutions is seeking independent contractor Teams (Lease Purchase) to haul specialty freight across the country. You choose your home time, loads, and schedule on a 2–4 year low-cost lease, earning profits from your own hard work with a stable freight base.

The Specialized fleet offers best-in-class support, all miles paid, tolls fully covered, a $2.29 CPM based on 2025 averages, and a $6k sign-on bonus. Home time and loads are driven by you.

Qualifications

• CDL A required and 6 months OTR or regional experience for solo or lead driver.
• Codriver must have 3 months OTR/Regional.
• Arrests/convictions will be considered as per laws.

Responsibilities

• Driver assist position – loading and unloading freight.
• Haul specialty freight across the country.
• Operate with home time of your choosing within lease program.

The Specialized fleet has under 30% turnover and best-in-class support staff.

• Team Lease Purchase Positions
• Home time is up to you
