Earn up to $250,000 gross annually. Base pay is $1.31 per loaded mile and $1.18 per empty mile plus FSC, with typical weekly gross between $4,100 and $5,200. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is paid within your first year.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 12+ months verifiable driving experience.
• Must be 23 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate as an owner-operator within Forward Air's closed terminal network.
• Maintain compliance, manage freight pickups and deliveries, and maximize profit.
