Job summary

Forward Air is seeking Owner Operators who view themselves as business partners, not just drivers. Operating through Forward’s closed terminal network, you’ll access steady freight, strong pay, and support designed to help your operation prosper.

As an Owner Operator, you can earn up to $250,000 gross per year, with base pay of $1.31 per loaded mile and $1.18 per empty mile plus FSC, averaging $4,100–$5,200 gross per week, plus additional compensation on all miles based on load destination.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• At least 12 months of verifiable driving experience.
• Must be at least 23 years old.
