Solo Owner Operators can earn up to $250,000 gross per year, with base compensation of $1.31 per loaded mile and $1.18 per empty mile plus FSC; average weekly gross ranges from $4,100 to $5,200, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid within the first year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• 12+ months verifiable driving experience.
• Must be 23 years of age or older.
• Equipment must be newer than 10 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate as an Owner Operator within Forward’s nationwide terminal network.
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Forward Air to optimize earnings across loads and miles.
