Forward Air is seeking owner-operators who view themselves as business partners. You’ll work within Forward’s closed terminal network to access steady freight, strong pay, and support that helps your operation succeed.

Solo Owner Operators can earn up to $250,000 gross per year, with base pay per loaded/mile and per empty mile plus FSC, plus a weekly gross range of $4,100–$5,200. Sign-on bonus is $5,000 and routes stay within Forward’s nationwide terminals.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• 12+ months verifiable driving experience.
• Must be 23 years of age or older.
• Equipment must be newer than 10 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage routes within Forward Air’s nationwide terminal network.
• Uphold safety and regulatory compliance while maximizing earnings.
