Forward Air invites Owner Operators to join a program designed to help you run a stronger, more profitable operation. As an Owner Operator, you’ll operate within Forward Air’s closed terminal network, enjoying steady freight, strong pay, and dedicated support to help your business succeed.

Solo Owner Operators can earn up to $250,000 gross per year, with base pay of $1.31 per loaded mile and $1.18 per empty mile plus FSC, averaging $4,100–$5,200 gross per week.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 12+ months verifiable driving experience.
• Must be 23 years of age.
• Equipment newer than 10 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate as an owner-operator within Forward Air’s closed terminal network.
• Maximize earnings while maintaining safety and compliance on OTR runs.
