Forward Air values Owner Operators as business partners, offering pay up to $250,000 gross per year with a base $1.31 per loaded mile and $1.18 per empty mile plus FSC, averaging $4,100–$5,200 gross per week.

Run 99% no-touch, drop & hook freight with 2,500 miles per week across Forward’s 100+ nationwide locations; drivers are typically out 2–3 weeks at a time. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is paid within the first year.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL.
• At least 12 months verifiable driving experience.
• Must be 23 years of age or older.
• Equipment must be newer than 10 years.
