Job summary

Forward Air is seeking Owner Operators who are more than drivers — they’re business partners. Earn up to $250,000 gross per year with a base of $1.31 per loaded mile and $1.18 per empty mile plus FSC, averaging $4,100–$5,200 gross per week, with additional pay on all miles by load destination.

Run 99% no-touch, drop & hook freight and cover about 2–3 weeks on the road at a time, across Forward’s 100+ nationwide locations. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is paid within your first year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 12+ months verifiable driving experience.
• Must be 23 years of age.
• Equipment must be newer than 10 years old.
