Job summary

Clark Transfer is contracting Owner Operators for year-round, no-touch freight. Solo drivers can earn $200,000 to $250,000 on under 85k miles; teams $300,000-$350,000 on under 110k miles, with company-supported health insurance.

Guaranteed weekly minimums exist: singles about $3,500–$4,250, teams about $5,000–$6,500, plus startup guarantees, quarterly bonuses, fuel/ tolls coverage, paid permits and insurance, and referral bonuses. Some trips may require up to six weeks away.

Qualifications

• Must be an owner-operator with a valid tractor.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable OTR experience.
• Clean motor vehicle record for last 3 years.
• Passport and ability to enter Canada.
• Must be at least 23 years old.
• 2021 or newer tractor.
