Singles typically earn $200,000–$250,000 annually on under 85k miles; teams $300,000–$350,000 on under 110k miles. The program includes company-supported health insurance, permits, tolls, and cargo/liability coverage.

Startup weekly guarantees for solos and teams are provided, with quarterly bonuses and referral incentives. Tours may require up to six weeks away from home.

Qualifications

• Must be an owner-operator.
• At least 23 years of age or older.
• At least 2 years of verifiable OTR experience.
• Clean motor vehicle record for the last 3 years.
• No more than 6 jobs in last 3 years.
• Passport and ability to enter Canada.
• 2021 or newer tractor.
• Tours may require up to 6 weeks away from home.
