Job Summary

Owner Operator Flatbed trailer OTR with an average gross weekly pay of $6,500 - $8,500. Paid weekly. 88% of load revenue. Average of 2,500 miles per week. $20,000 sign-on bonus. Paid fuel surcharge. Free base plate program and discounts available. Line Haul. No Driver Load/Unload. 75% tarping. Home Time: 5 days out, at least 2 weekends per month. Expected out time: 14 days, with options to stay out longer.

Core Responsibilities

• Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure safety, legality, and security.
• Submitting customer paperwork, including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports.
• Maintaining a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Daily customer interactions and maintaining good customer relations.
• Being available at all times to meet pickup and delivery schedules.
• Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.

Equipment Requirements

• Max truck age: 15 years
• No overdimensional trucks allowed

Orientation Details

• Orientation is not paid.
• Does not cover accommodation or meals.
• Drivers need to arrange their own room.
• Orientation is partly or fully online.

Hiring Requirements

• Class A license without restrictions such as L,Z, G, O, or K.
• Minimum 2 years of Tractor Trailer experience.
