CDL A Owner Operator Drivers - Sign on Bonus

We are seeking qualified owner operators to join our team and benefit from a comprehensive compensation package, including sign-on bonuses ranging from $12,000 to $60,000.

Compensation and Benefits

• Solo Owner Operators: $1.38 CPM + FSC, averaging 2,500 miles/week
• Team Owner Operators: $1.45 CPM + FSC, averaging 5,500 miles/week
• Empty Miles: $.80 CPM + FSC
• $300 reimbursement for orientation
• Offering $1 per mile up to 500 miles to bring truck to class (no trailer needed)
• 100% no touch freight

Operational Details

• New trailers with 95% drop and hook
• 24/7 dispatch (not mandatory)

Requirements

• At least 23 years old with a valid CDL A
• 2 years of driving experience
• Own your truck (lease purchase available)
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• No more than 3 non-DOT preventable accidents
• No more than 3 minor moving violations in the last 36 months
• No failed drug or alcohol tests
