Join J. Boren & Sons Trucking as a CDL A Owner Operator Driver.

Job Details

We are seeking qualified owner operators with a valid CDL A license. This is a full-time position based in Columbus, OH, with a focus on business development and sales within the truck transportation industry.

Compensation & Benefits

• Solo Owner Operators: $1.38 CPM + FSC, averaging 2,500 miles/week
• Team Owner Operators: $1.45 CPM + FSC, averaging 5,500 miles/week
• Empty miles: $.80 CPM + FSC
• Sign-On Bonus: $12,000-$60,000
• Reimbursement: $300 for orientation
• Up to $1 per mile to bring truck to class (no trailer needed)
• 100% no-touch freight

Operational Features

• New trailers with 95% drop-and-hook

Requirements

• Own truck (lease purchase available)
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Maximum of 3 non-DOT preventable accidents
• Maximum of 3 minor moving violations in past 36 months
• No failed drug/alcohol tests
