Pay Structure

• Solo Owner Operators: $1.38 CPM + FSC (Average 2,500 miles/week)
• Team Owner Operators: $1.45 CPM + FSC (Average 5,500 miles/week)
• Empty Miles (Solo & Teams): $.80 CPM + FSC
• $300 reimbursement for orientation
• Offering $1 per mile up to 500 miles to bring truck to class (no trailer needed)

Driving Experience & Requirements

• New trailers, 95% drop and hook
• 24/7 Dispatch (not forced)
• Dedicated lanes available for solo and teams (in select areas)
• Must be at least 23 years old with a valid CDL A
• Have 2 years of experience
• Own your truck (Lease purchase available)
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• No more than 3 non-dot preventable accidents
• No more than 3 minor moving violations in the last 36 months
• No failed drug or alcohol tests
