Job summary

As a driver, you will haul hazmat and non-hazmat chemicals across the United States, with destinations across multiple states. Preloaded loads may be available, most deliveries are non-touch, and home time is favorable with out 1–3 days per week.

Qualifications

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
Current Medical Certificate.
1 year verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
Tanker Endorsement.
Hazmat Endorsement.
TWIC card.
Tanker experience is a plus, but not required.
2010 model or newer truck.
Must pass a Trimac equipment inspection.

Responsibilities

Safely delivering shipments to assigned customers.
Completion of all required paperwork, including getting required signatures on documents and bill of ladings.
Maintaining and complying with all state and federal laws.
Obeying DOT and FMCSA E-log requirements. Submitting all load documents in a timely manner.
Upholding a professional attitude at all times.
Keeping load appointments on time and as scheduled.

Job Details

Will be hauling Hazmat and non-Hazmat general chemicals across the US
Destinations include but not limited to: WY, LA, TX, IL, IN, TN, MO and PA.
Preloaded loads available but at an additional cost for independent contractors.
Most deliveries are non-touch.

Driving violation involving the consumption of illegal or intoxicating substances
A preventable rollover or fatality crash

Past 3 years without:

License suspensions involving drug and/or alcohol, or a record that would indicate a disregard for public safety
A major preventable accident
Two or more moving convictions
