Job summary

Empire National Inc. in Alabama is hiring experienced CDL Class A Owner-Operators as independent contractors (1099). You will operate semi trucks with support from the company, enjoy fast direct deposit and weekly settlements, and earn 90% of the gross rate plus bonuses.

Optional trailer rental is available, with an emphasis on safety, DOT compliance, and access to ELD and operational support. Minimum requirements include valid Class A CDL, medical card, 2 years verifiable experience, and clean

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A.
• Valid Medical Card.
• At least 2 years of verifiable CDL driving experience.
• Must be 23 years old or older.
• Reasonably clean MVR and PSP with no major violations in 36 months.
• No DUI in last 5 years.
• Must not be prohibited in the DOT Clearinghouse.
• Negative drug test.

Responsibilities

• Operate semi-truck as an Independent Contractor (1099).
• Maintain compliance with DOT and company policies.
• Provide required documentation and photos.
