Qualifications

• CDL Class A with at least 2 years of verifiable driving experience.
• Valid Medical Card.
• Minimum age 23.
• Negative drug test required.
• No DUI in the last 5 years.
• No major violations within the last 36 months.
• Must not be prohibited in the DOT Clearinghouse.

Responsibilities

• Operate as an independent contractor under 1099 terms for Empire National Inc.
• Maintain safety standards and comply with all trucking regulations.
• Provide timely delivery of loads and accurate documentation/photos.
• Coordinate with dispatch for load assignments and settlements.
