Forward Air is seeking Owner Operators to join its nationwide network. You’ll partner with Forward to run a stronger, more profitable operation with steady freight, strong pay, and business support designed to help you succeed.

Solo Owner Operators can earn up to $250,000 gross per year with a base of $1.31 per loaded mile and $1.18 per empty mile plus FSC, averaging $4,100–$5,200 gross per week, with other incentives. Dispatch and support are provided for your success.

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• 12+ months verifiable driving experience.
• Equipment must be newer than 10 years old.
• Must be 23 years of age or older.

• Freight that’s easy on your truck. Run 99% no-touch, drop & hook freight averaging just 26,000 pounds, meaning less wear and tear on your equipment and more of your revenue staying in your pocket.
• Best-in-class OTR miles. Solo Owner Operators average 2,500 miles per week across Forward’s closed terminal network of 100+ nationwide locations, keeping you moving and earning consistently. Drivers are typically out on the road 2–3 weeks at a time.
• Sign on bonus. $5,000 paid out within your first year.*
• Support built around your success. A dedicated Driver Support Team is available to help with any concerns that come up, giving Owner Operators the backing they need to run a successful business.
