Forward Air Corporation is seeking Owner Operators to join its nationwide network. Earn up to $250,000 gross per year with base pay and per-mile rates, plus FSC and bonuses. Typical weekly gross ranges from $4,100 to $5,200, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus available within the first year.

Requirements include a valid Class A CDL, 12+ months verifiable driving experience, and being at least 23 years old. Trucks should be under 10 years old.

• Freight that’s easy on your truck. Run 99% no-touch, drop & hook freight averaging just 26,000 pounds, meaning less wear and tear on your equipment and more of your revenue staying in your pocket.
• Best-in-class OTR miles. Solo Owner Operators average 2,500 miles per week across Forward’s closed terminal network of 100+ nationwide locations, keeping you moving and earning consistently. Drivers are typically out on the road 2–3 weeks at a time.
• Sign on bonus. $5,000 paid out within your first year.*
• Support built around your success. A dedicated Driver Support Team is available to help with any concerns that come up, giving Owner Operators the backing they need to run a successful business.
