Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers in Houston is seeking company drivers for long-haul routes across the 48 states. You can expect guaranteed weekly pay, no-touch freight, and strong support from the operations team to keep you moving.

Earn 12 days out, 2 off with home time and benefits including paid vacation and a 401(k) with company match. A trainer program adds extra weekly pay for experienced drivers; riders and pets are welcome under policy.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older.
• Class A CDL, valid in one state only.
• Held a valid driver's license for the past 12 consecutive months.
• At least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience in the last 36 months.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years.
• Clean of preventable CMV accidents for the last 5 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years while holding a CDL-A.
• Able to pass a hair follicle and urine drug screen plus DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Operate long-haul routes with 100% no-touch freight.
• Cover 48 states, mostly east of I-35, with safety and efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with operations for on-time delivery and routing.

Education

Class A CDL, valid in one state only

Held a valid driver's license for past 12 consecutive months

At least 3 months tractor-trailer experience in last 36 months

No more than 2 moving violations in past 2 years

Clean of preventable CMV accidents for last 5 years

No DUI/DWI in past 10 years with CDL-A

What This Route Offers:

• Guaranteed weekly income, backed by mileage pay whichever is greater

Pay Breakdown:

• $1,300 to $1,500 average weekly gross, top earners hitting $1,800 or more
• $0.54 to $0.60 per mile depending on experience
• First 6 months guaranteed at $1,200/week gross or mileage, whichever pays more
• Up to 3 CPM performance bonus for safety, mileage, and productivity
• Home time: 12 days out, 2 off

On the Road:

• 100% no-touch freight, 70% drop and hook
• Coverage across all 48 states, mostly east of I-35
• Every truck comes with double bunks and an automatic transmission
