Job summary

Hendegaard Transport is seeking experienced CDL-A Team Drivers for OTR operations based out of St. Paul, MN, with routes across the Midwest, Mountain West, and Southern regions.

Earn $2,200–$2,400 per week per driver and enjoy $0.82 CPM per driver (not split), plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus and travel assistance for orientation. This team role emphasizes partnering with a driver partner or being paired, with bi-weekly pay, a candidate-friendly home-time pattern of 4 weeks on the road and 1 week

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and team driving experience required.

CDL-A OTR Team Driver – $2,200–$2,400 Weekly Per Driver

Hendegaard Transport is hiring experienced CDL-A Team Drivers for OTR operations based out of St. Paul, MN 55115!

Earn $2,200–$2,400 per week per driver with an impressive $0.82 CPM per driver (not split), a $2,000 sign-on bonus, and consistent OTR team opportunities. We welcome qualified drivers from across the country and provide travel assistance for out-of-state candidates attending orientation.

• Applying solo? We can help pair qualified individual drivers with a compatible team partner.
• Both drivers must meet company qualifications and be comfortable with the OTR team schedule.

Pay & Earning Potential

• $0.82 CPM per driver — not split between team members
• $2,200–$2,400 average weekly gross per driver
• $2,000 sign-on bonus
• Approximately $1,260 per diem every two weeks
• Weekly minimum guarantee of $1,300 for qualifying unforeseen circumstances
• Safety bonus of $250, paid twice per year
• Bi-weekly Pay

Schedule & Home Time

• OTR team driving position
• 4 weeks on the road / 1 week home
• Dispatch Tuesday mornings at approximately 6:00 AM
• Typically return Saturday evening or Sunday morning
• Operate throughout the Midwest, Mountain West, and Southern regions

Drivers must be comfortable spending extended periods on the road and working as part of a team.

Routes & Freight

Both dedicated and open-board team opportunities are available.

Common destinations include:

• Atlanta and Marietta, GA
• Charlotte, NC
• Memphis, TN
• Rifle, CO

Weekly mileage typically ranges from approximately 2,210–3,315 miles, depending on the assigned route.

Drivers should be comfortable with doubles operations. Training is available for qualified drivers who need additional doubles experience.

Operate 2022–2024 Freightliner sleeper tractors equipped with:

• Double bunks
• Heated and cooled seats
• Refrigerator
• Microwave
• TV
• Power inverters

Travel Assistance for Out-of-State Drivers

You do not need to live in Minnesota to be considered!

Hendegaard Transport offers travel assistance to help qualified drivers get to orientation:

• Company-provided flights for orientation
• Company-paid hotel accommodations during orientation
• Return-home travel during scheduled time off
• Frontier all-you-can-fly passes may be available when applicable
• Drivers outside Frontier service areas may qualify for up to $300 in round-trip travel reimbursement every 8 weeks

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
