CDL A OTR Dry Van Drivers in Jacksonville, FL.

Drivers will be delivering Coastal manufactured bathware throughout the lower 48 states. Coastal Shower Doors was founded in 1972 for the purpose of constructing and distributing shower enclosures for manufactured housing and recreational vehicle facilities. From humble beginnings, Coastal Shower Doors has evolved to create shower enclosures that act as art to transform the entire aesthetic of a bathroom. Compensation

• Annual pay: $85,000+
• Starting 52 CPM, increases with length of service
• Paid practical miles using PC Miler
• Paid hourly for on duty not driving
• Guaranteed weekly minimum pay: $1,300
• Additional pay:
• Drop pay: $25 for each stop
• 34 hour on the road restart pay
• Per diem pay
• Bonuses:
• Quarterly safety bonus: 2 CPM for each accident & moving violation free mile driven
• Clean DOT inspection bonus: $50 per clean inspection
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• Home time: Home 2 days for every 4-14 days out, route dependent
• Schedule: 4-14 days out, routes vary weekly
• Route: OTR 48 states
• Level of Touch: Drivers will often assist with unloading using a handtruck and will need to secure the freight using straps

Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years of age
• Must have CDL A license
• Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
• No more than 3 DOT recordable accidents in the last 5 years
• No speeding tickets over 15mph in the last 3 years
• No reckless driving convictions
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
