Responsibilities

• Drive tractor-trailer combinations to transport gases safely over long distances.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report maintenance as needed.
• Report accidents, safety issues, and incidents to supervision immediately.
• Tanker - Hauling Liquid Argon to storage or customers.

• Pay Rate $38.20 per/hr.
• Ability to earn up $90 -100K+ annually

Drive Commercial Motor Vehicle (Tractor-trailer) combination, usually long distances, to transport and off-load compressed and liquefied industrial gases to customers or to storage sites in a safe, timely, accurate, and courteous manner.

• Perform pre & post trip inspections to identify any maintenance action that may be required and act appropriately if action is needed.
• Report all accidents, possible injuries, safety issues, driving citations, and customer complaints to include service interruptions immediately to their supervisor.
• Complete and submit reports as required by the DOT and/or Airgas company policy.
• Tanker - Hauling Liquid Argon

Are you a MATCH?

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• 3+ year experience as driver of tractor - trailer vehicles
• Class A CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), two years technical college or military technical experience
• Preferred, Three (3) years of HazMat or Tanker experience
