Job summary

PepsiCo seeks a professional driver to deliver Lay’s, Doritos, and Cheetos to local stores and keep shelves stocked. You will operate a tractor-trailer per regulations, load/unload, and maintain logs and paperwork.

Expect on-the-job training and a fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow. Candidates must have a valid Class A CDL, 100k accident-free miles (or 2,500 accident-free hours), and be willing to work holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must possess a valid Class A CDL.
• Have at least 100,000 accident-free miles or 2,500 accident-free hours.
• Willing to work holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift 15–50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with/without accommodation.
• Ability to sit for extended periods, up to five hours daily.
• Ability to work up to 14 hours a day and drive a tractor trailer for extended periods, up to 11 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor/trailer and transport products to destinations per FMCSA regulations.
• Load and unload trailers, including manual loading and palletized handling.
• Transport chips, dips, and more to large grocery stores and facilities.
• Obtain signatures, complete logs, review invoices and manifests.
• Use an electronic logging device and perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Communicate with customers, sales drivers, and dispatch throughout the day or night.
