Job summary

American Driver in Missouri seeks Class A CDL drivers for a high-volume dedicated fleet serving beverage brands. 100% no-touch freight with drop & hook or live unloads, modern condo equipment, and 2–3 weeks out with 2–3 days home.

Compensation includes weekly pay of $1,400-$1,650+ ($73,000-$85,000+ yearly); top earners up to $1,850+ weekly. Pay rate is $0.57-$0.66 CPM, plus on-time bonuses where applicable, and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL & current DOT Medical Card.
• Minimum 3+ months of tractor-trailer experience.
• Clean MVR and safety record.
• Daily ETA communication for scheduled deliveries.
• Safe and secure parking location required for equipment during home time.

• Operate a high-volume dedicated dry van fleet with predictable runs.
• Maintain ETA communication for deliveries.
• Utilize late-model condo equipment for on-time service.

Pay Rate: $0.57 - $0.66 CPM (Based on experience - paid on all loaded & empty miles)

We are currently onboarding Class A CDL drivers for a high-volume dedicated fleet servicing wholesale distributors and partner facilities across all 48 states. Enjoy consistent weekly mileage, 100% no-touch freight, and assigned late-model condo equipment.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

• High Weekly Miles: Consistent year-round volume averaging 2,200 - 2,500+ miles per week.
• 100% No-Touch Freight: Convenient mix of drop-and-hook and live unload/reload.
• Modern Equipment: Late-model sleeper condo trucks with automatic transmissions.
• Home Time: 2 to 3 weeks on the road with 2 to 3 full days off at home.
