Thedrivingdesk is hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for over-the-road dry van and reefer positions across the continental United States. This opportunity offers 100% no-touch freight, assigned late-model equipment, high CPM, and flexible home time based on your preferred schedule.

Both solo drivers and established teams are welcome to apply. A comprehensive pay structure with additional pay and weekly direct deposit is described, plus a broad set of driver perks and 24/7 dispatch support.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with no major violations.
• Minimum 6 months verifiable OTR experience in the past 3 years.
• Must be at least 23 years old and CDL held for 2+ years.
• Valid DOT Medical Card with at least 3 months remaining.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No more than 1 preventable accident in the past 3 years.
• No reckless driving convictions or 15+ mph speeding violations.
• No seatbelt violations in a commercial vehicle.
• Ability to pass required background and qualification standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle.
• Haul dry van or refrigerated freight throughout the continental United States.
• Maintain electronic logs and DOT compliance.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Deliver freight safely and on time; work with 24/7 dispatch for load assignments.
