Job summary

Thedrivingdesk is seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for an over-the-road dry van role based in Dallas, TX. You will haul freight across the continental U.S. with 100% no-touch freight and a $2,000 sign-on bonus. A guaranteed weekly minimum pay program applies when qualifications are met.

Expect newer equipment, home time roughly every 12 days with two full days at home, and opportunities for performance-based bonuses. This position offers consistent earnings and modern trucks.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum first-seat driving experience
• Ability to run OTR routes throughout all 48 states
• Safe driving record
• Pass background check and drug screening
• Professional attitude and commitment to safety

Responsibilities

• Haul dry van freight throughout the continental U.S.
• Transport 100% no-touch freight
• Operate a mix of 50–60% drop-and-hook freight and 40–50% live unload freight
• Complete pre-trip/post-trip inspections
• Maintain DOT compliance and safe driving practices
• Deliver freight on time while providing professional customer service
