Flint Logistics LLC is seeking a CDL-A truck driver to haul no-touch dry van freight with weekly home time and 2,500–3,000 miles per week from Little Rock, AR 72201. You will operate Kenworth T680 tractors equipped with modern features and work a lane structure across the Midwest and Eastern U.S.

Drivers typically average 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week while hauling customer freight through established dry van lanes.

Established customer freight helps support year-round hauling opportunities, dependable weekly mileage, and reliable freight availability throughout the year.

Compensation

CDL-A truck drivers earn $1,400 to $1,800 per week depending on experience and productivity. Guaranteed pay begins after 30 days of employment.

Equipment

Drivers are assigned Kenworth T680 tractors (4 years old or newer) equipped with:

Equipment is assigned based on availability.

Home Time

This position offers home weekly scheduling. Time at home is planned around freight availability and route assignments while maintaining consistent mileage opportunities throughout the week.
