Job summary

Flint Logistics in Tampa, FL is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for 100% no-touch dry van freight across the lower 48 with weekly home time. Routes are planned to maintain consistent weekly mileage and efficient load progression.

Drivers will operate brand new Freightliner trucks and receive paid orientation with travel and hotel costs covered. Full benefits are provided and orientation sets up a smooth transition into regular freight assignments.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in the last 12 months or 12 months in the last 3 years.
• Dry van or reefer experience with a CDL-A tractor-trailer is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Haul 100% no-touch dry van freight across the lower 48.
• Maintain balanced scheduling with weekly home time.
• Coordinate with dispatch for pickup and delivery.
• Operate brand new Freightliner trucks.
