Job summary

Flint Logistics LLC is seeking drivers for no-touch dry van freight with steady regional lanes and weekend home time. You will haul general freight across the contiguous 48 states with late-model automatic equipment, supported by a dedicated driver manager for consistent communication and onboarding.

Applicants must have a valid CDL-A, a valid DOT Medical Card, and at least 6 months of CDL-A driving experience in the last year, plus a safe driving record and ability to complete orientation.

Compensation and Schedule

Onboarding

Our 4‑day paid orientation eliminates out‑of‑pocket expenses. We cover transportation, meals, and lodging to make the transition smooth. Drivers are paired with a dedicated driver manager who provides responsive communication and ongoing support.
