Vehicles include 2021–2024 Peterbilt 579 Ultraloft trucks, hauling temperature-controlled freight. Orientation is in De Pere, WI; benefits include major medical, 401(k), and vacation time.

Qualifications

No-touch freight movement and an established operating schedule give CDL-A truck drivers a dependable setup for building miles throughout the week. Drivers run primarily through the Midwest and east of I-35, with routes occasionally extending outside the primary running area and throughout all 48 states.

Drivers haul truckload and multi-stop/LTL temperature-controlled freight. Established lanes and regular freight activity help support consistent mileage throughout the week. NYC and the five boroughs are not forced dispatch, so drivers are not required to take loads into those areas.

The Perks

Pay is $1,475 to $1,745 per week. Per-diem and a weekly guarantee are also offered, providing additional consistency as drivers build miles throughout the week.

Fleet

Drivers operate primarily 2021-2024 Peterbilt 579 Ultralofts, along with a limited number of Kenworth T680s. Assigned equipment includes features designed for comfort and convenience while on the road.

• APUs - primarily Thermo King, with some Carrier units
• Refrigerators and power inverters
• Governed at 70 mph on cruise and pedal
• Outward-facing cameras only

The 2021-2024 trucks are equipped with PACCAR motors.

CDL-A Truck Driver Orientation

Orientation is held in De Pere, WI, for three days, with classes beginning Mondays and Wednesdays.
