Job summary

A. Duie Pyle, Inc. is seeking an experienced, motivated full-time CDL-A Night Shuttle Driver in Williston, VT. You will operate a day cab tractor with a 53’ trailer to various Pyle terminals, adhering to FMCSA safety rules.

Compensation includes $36.00 per hour, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, and weekly pay with overtime after 40 hours. Company benefits include insurance, 401(k) match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License required.
• Hazmat endorsement required to start.
• Tank endorsement to start or willingness to obtain in 90 days.
• Minimum 1 year of tractor trailer experience.
• Must hold or obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card.

Responsibilities

• Drive a day cab tractor pulling a 53’ trailer between Pyle terminals.
• Complete overnight trips between Williston and other Pyle locations.
• Ensure safety and security of tractor and freight; follow FMCSA regulations.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
• Hazmat is required to start
• Tanker endorsement to start or willingness to obtain in 90 days
• Minimum 1 year of recent tractor trailer experience
• Currently hold, or obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• No more than three moving violations and or accidents within the last three years, subject to review
• Ability to communicate effectively; must be able to read, write and speak English
• Must be able to obtain and maintain TSA security clearance

CDL-A Night Shuttle Driver responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Driving a day cab tractor pulling a 53’ trailer to other Pyle terminals.
• Completing overnight trips between various Pyle locations
• Ensuring the security and safety of the tractor and freight; adhering to all FMCSA safety regulations and guidelines
• Completing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
